I am a frontend web developer who has a passion for great design that thrives on optimization and performance.
The client wanted a landing page for the launch of his trading course. The page has image sliders, countdowns and multiple but simple grid layouts.
This was my first project on Fiverr. I learned a lot along the way and tried to make it the best thing I ever made. Learning animations and form functions was very rewarding. The client was more than happy with the design and the overall website itself.
I had been wanting to make a calculator ever since my coding journey started but I always chickened out and thought I couldn't do it. I regret not doing it sooner because I loved the process of making it. The biggest reason for that was implementing 3 color schemes controlled by a toggle. Using CSS grid for buttons and the Javascript Eval() function were other reasons I liked making it so much.
I found this project very hard to do but felt thrilled doing it. It was very similar to a real world application and I tried my best to think of all the use cases I could. This project made me realize how much effort goes into the simplest components of the internet.
Making this one was definitely a treat. I found the math involved very difficult to understand but got it in the end. Designing the clock in HTML and CSS were definitely my favorite parts of it. Also I learnt when you should use the requestAnimationFrame() for optimized animations.
This is the first time I stepped into the world of CSS animations. Also learned a lot about responsiveness and positions.
